1. Due to the customs declaration, tax payment, etc. involved in exporting goods, orders can be cancelled through customer service before shipment. Once shipped, returns or exchanges are generally not supported, except for goods with significant defects. If you have any dissatisfaction with the product or our service, please contact customer service and we will do our best to resolve it for you.
2. If the user has actually accepted or used the goods/services, they have no right to request a refund from the mall, except for cases where the goods/services do not match the agreed content in the sales/service contract, have other quality issues, or violate relevant laws or government regulations.
3. The following goods or services will not be refunded, including:
(1) Consumed without sufficient evidence to prove that the goods or services provided by the merchant are defective or do not comply with the page consumption information commitment;
(2) Before users submit a return application for physical products according to the page rules and return the goods (products that require logistics transportation);
(3) Consumer goods damaged due to improper use and storage;
(4) Products or services marked as' No support for return without reason 'on the page.
4. In other cases, refunds shall be made in accordance with the refund conditions and methods stipulated in the sales/service contract.
5. During the refund process, users should comply with the service terms and operating rules of the mall regarding refunds.
6. If the full or partial payment is made in the form of points, vouchers, coupons, gift cards, or gift certificates in the order, the above discount amount will need to be refunded in the corresponding form after you return the product. In case of returns, refunds, cancellation of transactions, etc., they will be returned to the user's account according to their original usage rules and deadlines. If the return is overdue and the conditions for distribution or use cannot be met, the points, vouchers, coupons, gift cards, or gift certificates will automatically become invalid, and the mall will no longer provide you with any reissues or compensation.
